Refund Policy

MON CHERI FAWN provides a 30-day return window from the day of delivery. You will be eligible for a refund if the item is unopened or defective*. If the returned item has been opened and used, we reserve the rights to refuse a refund. 

In case you have changed your mind after purchased, you may return the unopened item for a refund*. Kindly note that shipping charges paid upon purchase are non-refundable and the costs related to the return of a product are at the customer’s expense. 

Replacement of defective items are only available for orderes shipped to Canada or the U.S.A.. For international orders, store credit will be issued.

Proof of purchase is required for refund or replacement. We reserve the rights for return of the defective item.

* For sanitary reasons, returns are not available for our teething products unless they are defective.

* Products on SALE are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
